Ravindra and Lalita Nath Travel Fellowship (s) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Academy provides Ravindra and Lalita Nath Travel Fellowships (earlier R Nath Travel Fellowship) to the candidates seeking support for participation in the annual conference of Indian Academy of Neurosciences. Up to four travel fellowships consisting of actual travel reimbursement by AC-3 tier or maximum of INR 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) will be available depending on the availability of funds every year. The fellowships will be provided on competitive basis and selection will be made by the Organizing Secretary by constituting a committee in consultation with Treasurer and Secretary (HQ). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Eligibility: The applicant / nominee should essentially be a member of Indian Academy of Neurosciences and below 35 years of age at the time of conference. He / she should present a paper at the annual conference of IAN essentially. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Procedure: Interested persons should send an application duly forwarded by their mentors along with required copies of the abstract of the paper. They should also send a statement of about 250 words explaining how his/her participation will help in further research, a letter of support from the Guide / Supervisor and travel cost (fare from IRCTC site may be downloaded). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The above papers should reach the Organizing Secretary before the last date as advertised. A set of papers should also be sent to the Treasurer (Dr. A K Agrawal) on or before the last date. The selected candidate(s) will be informed before the conference and reimbursement of fare will be done at the Valedictory Session. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
