The meeting ended with great pleasure and high hopes for future meetings. The first seminar meeting was held in December 2006 at Manovikas Kendra, Kolkata. It was a platform for Ph.D. students to deliver their work. There was overwhelming response. However, we chose six scholars who represented their papers and others were kept for future seminars which will be held after 2-3 months. The meeting was attended by a large number of scientists, scholars and students and it was a grand success.
